These terms describe the permitted use of the corporate website operated by Foundry Labs 株式会社. Please read them alongside our privacy notice.

1. Website information and service agreements

This website introduces our engineering services, programme and selected work. It does not accept orders or payments. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, fees, taxes, payment, delivery, confidentiality, intellectual property and cancellation arrangements for an engagement are agreed separately in a written service agreement or statement of work. Those agreements govern the engagement.

Minarai and other applications may have their own terms. These website terms do not replace them.

2. Permitted use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or infringe another person’s rights. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential client materials in an initial enquiry.

3. Content and intellectual property

Website content belongs to Foundry Labs or its respective rights holders. Third-party logos, linked materials and open-source components remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Any use beyond what applicable law or a licence permits requires the rights holder’s permission.

4. External websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and context. Those websites are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or content.

5. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Examples and programme descriptions are general information, not a commitment to specific outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes concerning a contracted engagement are addressed under that engagement’s agreement.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms and will show the revised date here. Changes to a signed service agreement follow that agreement’s procedures.

本規約は、Foundry Labs 株式会社が運営するコーポレートサイトの利用について定めます。プライバシー通知とあわせてご確認ください。

1. サイトの情報とサービス契約

本サイトは、当社のエンジニアリングサービス、プログラム、取組事例を紹介するものです。本サイト上では注文や決済を受け付けていません。お問い合わせの送信だけでサービス契約が成立することはありません。業務の範囲、料金、税、支払、納品、秘密保持、知的財産権、解約等の条件は、別途書面のサービス契約書または業務仕様書により合意し、その契約が業務に適用されます。

Minarai等のアプリケーションには、独自の利用規約が適用される場合があります。本規約は、それらに代わるものではありません。

2. 利用上のお願い

本サイトを法令に従ってご利用ください。不正アクセス、運営の妨害、不正なプログラムの送信、第三者の権利侵害を行わないでください。最初のお問い合わせには、機微な個人情報やお客様の機密資料を記載・添付しないでください。

3. コンテンツと知的財産権

本サイトのコンテンツは、当社またはそれぞれの権利者に帰属します。第三者のロゴ、リンク先の資料、オープンソースの構成要素には、各権利者の権利や該当するライセンスが適用されます。法令またはライセンスで認められる範囲を超える利用には、権利者の許諾が必要です。

本規約を変更する場合は、本ページに改定日を表示します。締結済みのサービス契約の変更は、当該契約の手続に従います。
